We have designed a new type of side seal, unique in the sector, with the application of a component on the surface which makes it more durable and which ensures perfect definition on the contact surface of Anilox.
The pressure on the anilox is reduced, ensuring a far superior performance compared to traditional seals, saving ink and keeping the machine cleaner itself.

It is made of high density pure wool felt, with cutting perfection, to avoid the common problems of material flaking.
Subjected to direct tests in the flexographic doctor blade chamber, after many days it still had no signs of wear that required replacement.
This product constitutes a definitive solution to the age-old problem of ink leakage due to wear of the side seal, reducing downtime and costs for maintenance and cleaning.
